Mccall Idaho Winter Carnival 2024 Schedule. Mccall winter carnival is an annual celebration of all things winter held in mccall, idaho, sometime between late january and late february. This year it will be held from february 23rd to 25th, 2024, instead of over seven to ten days as was normal in the past.
